Main rotor and a few bent parts have been replaced. It is pretty much new condition. Comes with everything in the picture except the AA batteries. Also includes the original box (very handy for carrying) and manual. Very cool heli if you know how to fly.  Can even fly upside-down.  There are also lots of upgrades available to be bought.
