In this short 7 minute video, I share about my heart for ministry and what I do serving as a missionary with P2C :: Digital Strategies.

I believe that God loves every person in this world passionately and longs to see each one return to a right relationship with Himself. In the sacrifice of Christ, He made a way for each of us to be reconciled to Himself. As followers of Christ, we have been given the task of sharing the message of His love and plan for salvation with those who are still lost.

People around the world today are hungry for answers and are searching for them online. We have the chance to provide them with those answers. This is such an amazing opportunity! The people are coming to us! We simply need the ability to provide the answers they seek and respond to them in love.

In answer to this problem, our ministry responds in three ways.

1. We provide websites with the information people are looking for.
2. We encourage people on our websites to enter into a personal discussion with our mentoring team.
3. We train mentors, volunteers, and churches to respond to these people and encourage them to take the next steps in their journey towards knowing Jesus.

The impact of this strategy has been incredible. Literally every day we hear about how someone across the world prayed to accept Jesus, or was built up in their faith, or was encouraged to go out and share their testimony as a result of the mentor speaking into their life. We have conversations with people in India, China, Afghanistan, Iran… not to mention those in more accessible countries in the west.

This is what gets me up in the morning. This is what really makes everything worth it. God is doing mighty things in and through this ministry. He has placed us on the leading edge of this mission field and has been using us in amazing ways.

As Technical Director, I am responsible for much of the back-end code required to make the websites work properly. I manage a small team of other programmers and designers, as well as doing quite a lot of programming myself. Together, we create the website systems that allow this ministry to take place. We serve the larger team consisting of content creators and the support staff who equip our over 1000 online missionaries to engage thousands of people in spiritual conversations every month.
