Dear Praying Friends and Supporters,

Many of you know that one of the most important aspects of our ministry here in TruthMedia is followup. It is all well and good to create great websites with fabulous content reaching thousands of people for Christ, but if we don't follow up with those people and help them to understand what it really means to be a disciple of Christ, our work becomes somewhat meaningless.

One of the followup tools we employ is mentorship. We have large and growing team of mentors and volunteers who regularly answer the many different emails that come off our websites, from people asking questions about God and faith, and even writing in prayer requests. We also have the opportunity on some of our spiritual growth oriented sites for people to sign up to BECOME mentors.

The following email was received from one of those people who wanted to become a mentor, and I thought it would be encouraging to share with you.

I would like to use mentoring as an opportunity to share the Gospel with the lost, and be of any use for the Lord.

I am an at-home-mom, and this type of ministry would allow me to reach out to others, as well as do my full- time job of raising my son according to God’s word. I would also like to mentor because I went through a tough period, and I actually asked for prayer on this site. I was so surprised when I received an email response from a mentor. That really touched me, and have saved that email to this date. I want to be able to share the love, hope, and joy of Jesus Christ, as that mentor shared with me. She did not try to answer my problem, but I knew she was praying for me, and that was priceless. That is the main thing I would like to share with others.

Reading responses like this one helps me to remember again that my *work* here at TruthMedia is more than just an 8 to 5 job typing on a computer. I am actually touching the lives of people around the world, with the love and compassion of Jesus Christ. What an awesome opportunity the Lord has blessed us with!

Other News

We are very happy to announce that next April, Lord willing, we are going to be HAVING A BABY!!! Apparently our due date is somewhere around Apr. 13'th. Please pray for us as we're excited about this, apprehensive, uncertain and expectant. Pray that the Lord will grant us a healthy pregnancy and birth with no complications. Please also pray for our peace of mind, as there are a lot of things we can worry about.

Prayer Requests

1. Pray for a healthy baby and pregnancy.
2. Pray for our support level.
   We are encouraged by the progress so far, but still need a lot more to be coming in. If you know of someone who might be interested in hearing what we do, feel free to tell us about them or encourage them to come visit/contact us.
3. Pray that the Lord would continue to help me iron out the bugs in some of our newer systems here at TruthMedia.
4. Pray that the Lord would continue to guide us in the best way to reach the most people with the message of His love and salvation.

  This is the video testimony of a very special lady who found the Lord through our websites, after having been very close to the events of Sept. 11, 2001.

  Kevin and Kathy were both led to the Lord through the television commercials and online testimonies of the Power to Change website.
• Christina's Story
  This video testimony was recorded a few years ago by our team, of a lady named Christina who found Christ on one of our websites, after having gone to watch the “Passion” movie.
