Well I'm writing this blog post to let you know we are still pregnant. Baby has not chosen to come early, even with all the busyness of moving and setting up house and all. I'm actually quite happy about this, because I'm not quite ready for baby to be here yet. I know baby will come when baby is ready and it has nothing to do with weather or not I'm ready or not, but it's been nice to have that extra time to do some other stuff around the house before my sleep becomes more important.
We have been busy setting up our new place. We really like it a lot. God is good. We know that God is the one that made all this possible and we are so thankful. We could not have asked for a better place. We have nice friendly neighbors who both have mentioned how much they love babies. It was kind of surprising because they both congratulated us on the baby that was soon to arrive before I had ever said anything to them and without them seeing anything more then my head. It turns out they had talked to my mother-in-law the day we moved in. They also both love golden retrievers.
James will be working from home this next week so if I go into labor then he will be right there. I'm really grateful that he can. I feel a lot more comfortable with him being around in case I go into labor. After all baby's due date is this coming up Thursday.
Today I had 2 different ladies wish me a happy Mother's Day. I thought that was kind of neat. I am a mother. Baby is just inside of me instead of outside, but I still have to take care of this little one.
